There are three different packages that provide regularly scheduled visits to your home, including visual inspections to the interior and exterior.

The frequency of visits will be determined by the homeowner, however most clients prefer to have their home monitored weekly.
At each visit a checklist will be completed and sent to you for your records. You will be notified immediately of any concerns or problems and pictures will be included for documentation.

Keyholder Service
We’ll safely store your keys and assist with allowing entry for your service repairmen, insurance inspectors, and more. We’ve even saved a few vacations when the keys were accidentally left behind at home!
Storm Preparation
We’ll move and secure your outdoor furniture, grills, plants, and other loose items prior to a forecasted storm.
Vehicle Checks
We’ll assist with starting your vehicle or golf cart prior to arrival to ensure it is in working order, as well as checking tires, checking for oil leaks, and coordinating with your service provider for your detail.
Arrival Preparation
We’ll visit your home before your arrival to adjust the thermostat, turn the lights on, and perform other requested tasks to make sure your home is ready to go.
Departure Service
We’ll do a walkthrough of your home to make sure lights and appliances are turned off, trash is removed, thermostat is adjusted, and blinds are lowered following your departure.
Project Reporting
We’ll be your eyes and ears when a home improvement or repair project is taking place while you’re away. At your request, we’ll check in with contractors and send photos of the project.
Package Retreival
We’ll stop by to retrieve important mail or packages at your request when they arrive outside of your regularly scheduled service.
Cleaning Service
We’ll thoroughly clean your home before your arrival or after your departure so you don’t have to lift a finger during your vacation.
